Abstract Technology revolutionized development at this time, facilitated many tasks and helped improve the quality of services in many sectors of society, including health. Health care is one of the most important sectors of society to be monitored and improved. Technology has contributed to improving the quality of health services and helping people to get the best possible care. The main problems facing consumers in health care are the difficulty in registering newborns, and the consumption of time and cost in the event of registration of the new baby. The proposed solution to solve this problem, help develop the country's health sector, is to establish a website to link the hospital to the civil registry. The birth registration website is one of the most important projects, which helps the parent register the new baby in the hospital without going to the civil registry. This project will have a positive impact through the ease of registering newborns and improving the quality of health care as well.
