Abstract

This workshop aims to introduce the University Operations Management project and its objectives, as well as familiarize participants with the fundamental concepts of business process management. It aims to create awareness among all university staff about the changes occurring within the university, specifically the transformation of the university management system into a business process management system and the digital transformation of the university.
